I haven't had the chance to yet, but it looks as if it'd have a great view of the city. ( Or at least the fairground. Might be fun. ) ...It'd be nice to get out of the crowds, too.

What is there to patrol, even? It isn't as if there are any threats here.

There's nothing suitable to act as a weapon here, and I'm hardly capable of the same "magic" some people here use, so I'll just leave it to the experts.
