For us Reapers, we cede control to the demon when we're really afraid and want to run away; or, when we're angry, that anger feeds it until it's strong enough to overpower us. You kinda have to give up control of your body when you're sleeping, right? That gives the... beast thing its opening.

I wonder if there's a way to train your body to keep control even when your brain's not awake.
