The Remedy For Death [Open & Closed Fight Thread]

WHAT: THE FIGHT OF THE CENTURY
WHERE: a random parking lot in the central district
WHEN: The same day of the infamous network post
WARNINGS: violence, death, blood, cursing, suicidal ideation
The City is prone to a sense of abandonment, and nothing is so obvious an emblem of that than the endless, empty parking spaces. They are a wasteland, alternately baking with relentless, shadeless heat, and sheeting with water than can find no ground to soak, inhospitable in any weather, and abandoned. There are no cars, there is no purpose to these wide-flung urban wastelands.
Except, perhaps, for today.
Some have been told, some have found out, and others have discovered for themselves, but here in the center of this particular oasis of asphalt and empty air, Don Quixote awaits her death with open eyes. Even those who don't know why might see someone hustling in the right direction and follow the meagre crowd; cars or people, this city is a starveling for occupants, and any movement at all is obvious, wherever you go.
Wufei arrives, in his hand a long, smooth pole, one end bluntly squared, the other rounded; it probably began its life here as a broomhandle, but now it's a tool for killing. Everything changes, with time.
And you? Have you come to watch? To interfere? To record for posterity? In all cases welcome, to the fight of the century, and to the death of Don Quixote.

Anyone who wants to find the fight is welcome to observe either the fight itself, or the aftermath, and to try to converse with the combatants before or (at least, one of them) after. This is all happening in public, and with the agreement of both relevant parties, without subterfuge, after all!
