But shiny and new. That's weird. He should probably think that's weird. He will, eventually, when he's done having a good sulk.

"Put a stop to it the first time, right? Well, the boy did, clever little lad. Nothing like seeing your former boss get told off by an eleven year old with the powers of creation at his fingertips."

He gives a humourless chuckle.

"Guess they couldn't resist. Didn't think there was a Plan B, but here we are."

He gets to his feet with a grunt.

"Right, might as well head up top, see the mess. Hope Aziraphale is around to help make sense of this."
