Loki side-eyed the man for a moment and smirked himself. He wasn’t sure if he was being facetious or not, but it did not matter. In fact, Loki enjoyed that he was unsure. Most people could not fool him, even in the smallest of ways.

“I think for now I would prefer the hotel. I would like to see if I can get settled. Though I would like to look for actual living quarters at some point. I hope to not be staying here very long, but at the same time, I think it is possible we could get some information from a personal abode more than some of the more public.” It was always possible there was some sort of clue left behind by the possible former inhabitants, and if so, Loki wanted to know.
