"Yeah.. it's about the same." And Heero certainly never lost his footing. Maybe threatened him with a look to punch him in the gut again if he kept it up, but nothing more than that. As much as Duo tested Heero's boundaries, he also (for the most part) knew when to pull up short as well. For the most part, Duo is never bruising to get his ass kicked, after all.

Heero not wanting anyone to fuss over him makes sense, of course. Duo can understand that much. However... "If we don't know, though, how're we gonna compensate if we need to?" As much as Duo would never, ever admit this to Heero's face, he is certainly a powerhouse as far as their physical firepower goes. Sure, he can scrap it hand to hand, but Duo's preferred method is a gun or a much larger rifle from a distance.

Duo's frown only grows deeper as Quatre says he can't feel as much as he usually did. He can't pretend to understand this power of Quatre's, but if it's that unusual for him to not be able to feel him like that..
