Kaboom [Open to all in the Stress Test plot]
WHO: Bulla, Robby, Lestat, Tsuruno, Alhaitham, Kaveh, Johanna, Reno, Loki, Izuku/Deku, Wanderer, Prompto, Bakugou, and anyone else who signs up here
WHAT: Planning to stress test the city
WHERE: A meeting room in one of the office buildings
WHEN: January 14th
WARNINGS: Planning acts of mass destruction, possibly some swearing, discussion of their conditions here, etc. Probably nothing higher than a PG-13 rating
Snacks had been prepared for the meeting - little sandwiches and potato chips, primarily. There were bottles of water and pop available to those who might be thirsty.
A podium stood at the front of the meeting room, beside a board that had a large map of the city as they knew it stuck up on it. At each seat, there was a pad of paper and a pen for jotting down notes, ideas, and questions.
"I think we can get started now," Bulla said, after glancing at the people present to make sure that everyone she'd expected to see here was present. "So first I want to thank everyone for showing up and working together on this. There are risks of being punished by the people keeping us here, but I think they're worth it, and we can keep them to a minimum if we plan carefully."

[ Despite the harsh words, it's with a mild tone that the Wanderer replies to him, looking at him with faint curiosity. ]
What would you suggest we do instead, if not this?

[He's definitely against a lot of experimenting stuff. And he doesn't like what he's seen either. He's just, cautious.]
And I don't really have another idea. I guess it's just...a lot of destruction and stuff makes me nervous. I don't want anyone to get hurt. By debris or something.
no subject
[ But he can tell why Tsuna is scared. ]
You don't know enough, and that makes you nervous. You can't imagine with clarity a scenario where a plan like this is executed competently. Am I wrong?
no subject
Yeah. That's exactly it.
I know we're here to figure all of that out, and that's good, but it doesn't change that stuff like this is really risky. And there's a lot of ways it can go really bad.
[He's seen plans go awry, seen wide scale destruction. It's not stuff that makes him feel great.]
And I guess, there isn't really a way to be careful either.

[ And that's where this plan is going to successfully minimize the collateral damage. His faith in Kaveh's abilities are absolute. ]
We have a variety of people with a wide range of knowledge and skills. What's to say we can't make it work?
no subject
And maybe that's the reassurance he needs to hear.]
Well, if we have that, then maybe...that's good to know, anyway. That there's someone who knows what they're doing.
no subject
[ Well, the kid probably isn't going to relax by much. He can tell Tsuna is the type to be nervous most of the time. ]
If you're that bothered, you might as well pester everyone until you know exactly how they plan to tackle every little thing you're stuck on.
no subject
I don't need to do something like that. This has, honestly, been enough.
I'll do my best to relax.

I understand where you're coming from. A building coming down, or several of them - that's nerve-wracking in many ways.
I can't say for property damage or graffiti, as those things can be relatively contained - but when it comes to building demolition, there are things we can do to mitigate the damage aside from simply clearing the block. Targeting load-bearing pillars, shattering the windows ahead of time, and wrapping parts of the build in material can all help prevent shrapnel or debris from leaving the demolition zone. In this, I can see a way forward without harming anyone.
no subject
That sounds...alright. I mean, I'm still nervous, but that makes me feel better. Really.

[Said with a slightly rueful laugh.]
Hopefully it all goes alright.
