WHO: Anyone and everyone!
WHAT: Christmas Party! While originally an excuse for Secret Santas to give or drop off their gifts beneath the tree, anyone can swing by for a little holiday cheer.
WHERE: City Hall
WHEN: December 25th, starting at 10am and ending around 8pm
WARNINGS: N/A, but let me know if anything comes up!
Secret Santa, that's right. Pleased to make your acquaintance at this fine event~
[ He's unfazed by the question. Chesed's come to wrap his head around the staggering number of different worlds out there. It's only expected that, even if people were familiar with gift-giving and gift-receiving protocols, there would be those unfamiliar with the "rules" of Secret Santa. ]
You may open it now, though I would not mind if you preferred to open it later. Some are shy about that sort of thing, perhaps self-conscious about being watched by the gift-giver.
[ He offers Reno an easy shrug. ]
Though for the gift-giver, half the fun of giving a gift is seeing the recipient's reaction.
[ well, if shyness is really the only thing stopping people from opening gifts on the spot... Reno's not exactly the self-conscious type. he grins and does just that, peeling back the wrapping paper until he reveals—
a jar. curious. he turns it over to look at its contents, then tilts it back upright so he can unscrew the lid and smell what's inside. ]
Oh, that's nice. [ kind of a random choice, though, coffee... unless—?
Reno looks at the coffee, then looks up at Chesed, then looks down at the coffee again, then back up at Chesed. he's putting the pieces together, like a guy with a conspiracy board connecting images with red string. ]
—You wouldn't happen to be a colleague of Yesod's, would you?
