Without knowing it was Ethan, Loki would've likely felt the same. Though the guilt would only have been due to it being Ethan specifically. He can't say he would care all that much if it was someone he didn't know. That level of empathy, it would seem, will take a bit more practice for Loki.

"I wanted to hurt him." Loki decides to start with pure honesty. For some reason Hob is one of the few people he finds he can't lie to. Or perhaps he simply doesn't want to, he's not really sure.
