"No, I agree. It's all very..." He makes a vague gesture, at a loss for the proper descriptor for the whole ordeal. Tasteless doesn't even begin to cover it, so he settles for ambiguity.

"I am... ah. I suppose as all right as I can be, given the circumstances? I've only just arrived. I am however, hale and whole, and I suppose that is as much as one could ask for." He pauses, awkward in his consideration.
