Oh that is unlikely. Loki is practically chaos incarnate himself. If he were himself in his right mind at that moment, he would've rather enjoyed the display. But he is not and everything happening sets his world off kilter just a bit. For a moment, when Eddie's head connected with his, he'd seen clearly, but his mind almost immediately starts to fog again.
When the fire extinguisher hits him, he simply stands there for a moment. His eyes go blank and he stares ahead of him as if he couldn't see anything. Internally, he's already shut down. When Eddie turns back as he runs away, he'll see Loki suddenly crumple to the floor, though he is clearly still breathing. Later, if he remembers, he'll think Eddie's shot was either lucky, or brilliant in its aim.
