While it's true that some aspect of the future is better left to the unknown - the doom and gloom particularly, the choices he'll make in his hedonistic way, the impulse in his spur of the moment decisions where some of his best and worst choices have been made - there is still a part of him that thinks he might have enjoyed a forewarning. What might have happened if he'd been aware of his inevitable future with Akasha, or with Claudia for that matter? Would he have acted differently? Would he have changed anything? What might his world look like now? ]

Yes, it felt very accurate, of course. I'm trusting that your knowledge from my book didn't sway your reading. And I suppose I don't want to know all the details of what tomorrow might bring, but... A warning might be nice, you know? To avoid any more mistakes.
