[Alhaitham slowly take the potion. His nose wrinkles, because he knows it won't taste good, but he obediently drinks it down.

He holds the empty vial to Tighnari when he's done. His eyes close as he takes stock of his body.] Headache, dizziness, difficulty balancing, some nausea. Bleeding, obviously. I don't know if I'm exhausted from a concussion or my poor sleep the past week. Could be both.

He had also been passed out for nearly a hour. [ says kaveh, wearily, from where he is fussing over tsuruno's bandages. ] This was after he sustained his head injury. He wasn't entirely lucid after. I had him on my back through the haunted house; I wasn't sure if that jostled his spine, or bruised other parts of him.

Honestly, if he had hit his head that hard you shouldn't have moved him. Granted, it doesn't seem to be an issue now, but keep that in mind for the future. The appropriate response is to just slide something under the person's head and neck to slightly elevate it.

[ But it sounds like more of a concussion than anything else. The troubling part is the fact that Haitham had been out for an hour. That could have been dangerous. Deadly, even. ]

As for you, Alhaitham... Take this - [ Another phial. Blue in color. ] for the pain. It doesn't have any drowsy side effects. If anything, we need to keep you awake.

[ Now he is definitely using some cheap wine to gently dab and clean Alhaitham's head wound. ]

[Alhaitham lets out a breath. He actually hadn't known he was out that long.] It wasn't safe to stay where we were, and you wouldn't have been able to get to us easily.

[He takes the second vial and downs it like the first before his head bows for Tighnari to reach. There's a momentary flinch as the alcohol stings his wound.] You've managed to avoid the city's latest experiment?
