Hi! If the stature were knocked over with the intent of injuring another player character, or to render the area unusable for other characters (e.g. knocking down and destroying all the statutes), the city would treat it as a property crime and would punish the perp in accordance with the guidelines laid out in the "Setting" section of the FAQ page.

If the statues are knocked over just for the sake of it, out of curiosity, for research, etc. then there would be no consequences; however, they would be righted by the next morning as if nothing had ever happened.
