There is not much to understand! It is a city with no name, which until now hath looped should thee step outside a particular zone -- it appears that at least one side has begun to act differently, from my wanderings, though it is much the same with some buildings unique to its sector!
Additionally! Whilst here, Young Sinclair hath discovered that we may die, but not for long -- 'tis merely a matter of a day before we are revived, though the consequences are quite hefty in comparison to our Manager Esquire's lack there of!
