Something like that. Call it what you want -- occult skills, magic, whatever. I have a couple that helps with healing, but it might come with a side effect. Which is why I use it sparingly.

The side effect isn't permanent, but you might end up feeling weird. Flustered. Something like that. Really, it's usually whatever you define as the concept of "love", or how the Goddess Sylvian is feeling in the moment. Kind of an annoying roulette, but it could be worse.
