WHAT: Catch-all for everyone who'd like to be neighbors with Shen Yuan and Luo Binghe!
WHERE: Shen Yuan's APARTMENT, which he shares withalloriginalheavenlypillar (feel free to introduce yourself if you're one of their neighbors!); the CITY CENTER, especially the shops close to City Hall, and the PARK, for now...
WHEN: At least from the 1st of the month until the 19th; may continue onwards depending how things go.

Shen Yuan's actions in the first half of the month reflect the attitude he expressed in his network post: he's determined to approach this second transmigration calmly and constructively, and with an eye to his and his companion's personal comfort. To that end he and Luo Binghe took over a large, two bedroom apartment for themselves and filled it with furniture taken from the rest of the building -- a fact that leaves him slightly embarrassed when it becomes clear that actually, other people would like to share the building with them! Not that this stops him from inviting yet more people from moving in; anyone who needs some help making their apartment comfortable is free to call on him, and he'll bully "Liu Feiyu" into giving them exactly the assistance they need <3
