Hob is the sort that gets along with just about everyone, but sometimes he meets someone he feels particularly at ease with. Loki falls into that category already. Even if they're just casually chatting, there's nothing awkward or uncomfortable about it for Hob, and he hopes Loki feels the same way because Loki's excellent company. Plus, he indulges all of Hob's questions with patience.

When asked about how he's been doing, Hob reaches for his tea again to hold the cup. "Well enough, I suppose. A friend from my world disappeared, then reappeared again. Since then, things have settled down some. He's staying with me for the time being, until he finds a place to his liking."
