For food, the chicken! There are so many ways to prepare it, and so many flavors one can savor from it... It is as if its deliciously firm flesh acts as a plate for whatever may inspire the chef! And to have it upon a skewer is most inventive as well! I have heard from a companion of mine that there are many cuisines in K that are well-known, however, and Sir Roland seems familiar with the scene as well, so I am ever eager to try all I can!
