[Honestly, Tenma isn't sure why he came to this rooftop party full of the youths (tm), except that it seemed worth seeing what all the very enthusiastic banners were about and then he convinced himself it'd be rude to show up empty-handed and then he spent all morning making dessert and now he's here at a youths party.
(Actual age range of party guests unrelated. He feels out of place. This feels like something Nina should be at, not him...)
But he's here, and he's set up a corner of a snack table for his weirdly perfect homemade dorayaki (individually wrapped, even), which he's also helpfully labeled with a folded piece of paper set up as signage. He's not serving them, they're too straightforward for that, but he's sitting just to the side if anyone has, ah. Dessert questions.
He, meanwhile, does not seem to be eating much of anything at all... He'll get to it after he feels everyone else has had their first pickings, ahem. For the most part he's just lingering, so:]

Or: Tenma is concerned that people really are going to start fighting. He's not going to demand the fight space, uh, stop, because it doesn't feel like his place to and it does say hands only ("no killing" is way more of a concern, implying that killing was an option before??).
The point being: he carries a makeshift first aid kit around with him everywhere he goes in this city already; that's what the big canvas bag he arrived at this party with is for. So if someone really does want to fight, or if they're simply a little too drunk and faceplant into a brick wall or the floor or something, Tenma is Ready for Anything with some rubbing alcohol, already. He just sort of appears. Hi.]
