[ Daniel lets out a huff that sounds mostly amused, but maybe perhaps just a touch flustered too as he says: ]

Regular ones. [ Look, he isn't going to tell him what his wife got him saved as in her phone, that's just embarrassing. Better to leave it at that.

Besides, what the other Daniel is saying here sounds more interesting to him. He's definitely thinking of someone. Surprisingly so, since apparently that person doesn't even call him Danny, yet.. there seems to be something there, apparently? It makes Daniel stare for a moment, blinking, trying to figure this one out, but then there's already that question. And, well, he's not going to ignore a question like an asshole just because he was trying to figure out what Daniel's relationship with this mysterious other person is. ]

And-- nah, nothing like that. I'm my own boss. [ Thankfully. ] I do have an annoying business rival who constantly calls me Dan though, so-- same thing.

[ With that exact condescending tone too. Daniel knows he doesn't even have to explain it to the other - it's clearly a thing unique to the Daniel existance that they both know about. ]

The guy who actually calls me Danny.. [ He pauses, something a little more troubled crossing the man's features, but then he quickly shakes his head. ] That's a whole lot more complicated of a story.

[ And he doesn't really sound like he's super feeling like going into it. ]
