Ayana Amamoto | The Caligula Effect: Overdose

A. Arrival
[At first, Ayana doesn't think much of it all. She steps off the train and stretches, looking around idly, before the unease starts.

Something's not right.

She stands on the platform, looking around at the sheer emptiness and the amount of clearly Western people wandering around
]

Where...am I? Uh-- Hello? ]She pats herself down and takes out her phone, brow furrowed]

How do I connect to the Wire? Hey, Aria? [She speaks out loud and looks around again, before dropping her voice to a sort of stage whisper, speaking to the empty air with a tinge of desperation]

Aria? Are you there? President?

B. City Park
[She hasn't been able to find a mirror right away, so she figures she's going to have to ask someone sooner rather than later. She examines herself as best she can, patting and poking at her face, making an annoyed 'hmmm' noise when she can't quite tell for sure this way...

So she looks around for someone available, raising a hand to catch someone's attention. If it's a man/anyone male-presenting her expression looks briefly disgusted and uneasy before she very obviously forces it into something friendly. Anyone that's a woman/female-presenting won't get this--Ayana's smile is naturally friendly and she seems almost relieved.
]

H-hey, um, I have a weird question to ask. I haven't really been able to look in a mirror yet, but, um... How do I look? I mean-- What's my age?

[Ayana looks like you're typical 17/18 year old high school girl, but she's looking a bit anxious about it, sheepishly acknowledging her odd question.]

C. Jukebox Blues

[She's poking around the jukebox, finding the song shifting as she approaches to something distressingly familiar. It's a pop tune, cheery and upbeat, encouraging people to live their lives to the fullest, not to give into fear, etc. It sounds a bit 'older' and is being sung by an idol group in Japanese.

Ayana freezes mid-step, eyes wide, before she rushes over and starts shaking the jukebox
]

Hey...! How did you get this song!? How do I turn it off? Shut up! Shut up shut up shut up!

[She panics, looking like she's about ready to knock the whole thing over. The idea of just unplugging it doesn't come as she looks about wild-eyed]

Someone give me something to hit it with!

[She'll just SMASH THE JUKEBOX]
