I would almost prefer if it was people responsible. I've had enough of gods, personally. [Though granted, he knows that not everyone has had his particular unique history.] I especially don't want to be a pet of anybody's.

But the common theory is that this is some kind of widespread experiment. I'm not sure how much is derived from science or otherworldly affects. Either way, I'm not inclined to think well of whoever is responsible for having us here.
