I'm afraid not. That's another aspect that you're going to have to adapt to: some of us are from different worlds. I couldn't really tell you how or why it happens, but places like Germany or... hell, what was it, United States of something? Those don't exist where I'm from. There are similar equivalents but the names are completely different for me.
